The service includes.. - Preparation of monthly / weekly salaries including calculation of salary amendments, Statutory Sick Pay, Statutory Maternity/Paternity Pay, Student Loans, Pension contributions and other authorised deductions.
- Departmental analysis of the monthly / weekly salaries paid.
- Calculation of any SSP, SMP and SPP recoverable and completion of the monthly HMRC payslip.
- Completion of the Employers Annual Return and Employee Forms P14 / P60. Electronic submission (E – Filing) of these to the HM Revenue & Customs.
- Dealing with HMRC and DWP queries, forms P45's / P46 etc.
- Annual Employment Law and Payroll updates.
- General advice on Employment Law i.e. Asylum and Immigration Act, holidays, redundancy etc.

The 2009/10 invoice, issued in April 2009, will be based on the number of staff at 1st April 2009. We will estimate the number of payslips to be issued during the year and will review this again in March 2010. If there is a credit or additional charges these will be carried forward and included in the following years' invoice (2010/11).
We will also issue in October 2009, an invoice in respect of any further charges incurred for new employees or re-runs' since April. The further charges for the period from 1st October 2009 to 31st March 2010 will be included in the following years' invoice.
