For many organisations it may be beneficial for you to set up your accounting records on a computer package.
OCAS can offer support to your organisation to establish its accounting records on Quicken. This will involve transferring the required data onto the package and giving guidance on how Quicken can be used in the organisation for decision making purposes.
OCAS will also provide continued support when any issues arise that you cannot resolve.
For smaller organisations who may find Quicken unnecessary for their needs we can assist you in setting up and maintaining an excel spreadsheet to record and analyse your activities and establish some basic end of year accounts.
