Oldham Community Accountancy Service (OCAS) is a highly regarded, local charity which provides financial and management support and training for not for profit/voluntary sector organisations, community and faith groups.
There are three main strands of service delivery: - The Core Service which provides advice, training and support.
- A Payroll Bureau for the benefit of organisations which employ staff.
- An Independent Examination of Accounts Service.
OCAS was set up in 1990. The organisation is funded by Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council and the European Regional Development Fund. |
